Ben will adjust so quick, he will miss you when you come back, not while you are gone, cause he is going to feel like he is on vacation too. With grandparents and Auntie to spoil him, and cousins to play with him non stop. Have a wonderful trip:))

BalGuestnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7631634189597607181.post-81907987149187556802009-08-10T20:04:19.000-07:002009-08-10T20:04:19.000-07:00je suis jalous (i think that's jealous in fren...je suis jalous (i think that's jealous in french??) :) love your-friend-who-won't-take-a-vacation-like-that-for-at-least-20-years, erin!mama ducknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7631634189597607181.post-25407021587187428252009-08-10T19:21:50.000-07:002009-08-10T19:21:50.000-07:00Love the pic sis and love that you are so excited ...Love the pic sis and love that you are so excited to have Ben for all those days..and nights..and more days!Mama in the Citynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7631634189597607181.post-67095771412345451362009-08-10T15:54:38.000-07:002009-08-10T15:54:38.000-07:00Auntie Sarah is very happy that you are leaving Be...Auntie Sarah is very happy that you are leaving Ben with us....finally I get him ALL to myself. This is going to be an annual event you know (better let your husband know) so start planning your future holidays. As you are fully aware we didn't have cousins growing up so this is a big deal...I have looked forward to this since you were pregnant:)Sister Sarahnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7631634189597607181.post-68544856763719876672009-08-10T10:31:02.000-07:002009-08-10T10:31:02.000-07:00Hi Mama in the City,

We have 'sent' our kids to the grandparents every single summer and it is wonderful for everyone. The first few nights I have trouble sleeping and still wake up at 'the crack of dawn' but it gets better and better and my kids have a close relationship with their grandparents.

Good luck.
From Katie.Katienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7631634189597607181.post-8671899825293326742009-08-10T09:12:25.000-07:002009-08-10T09:12:25.000-07:00Dear Mama,

I am sure there will be a bit of transtion period when your baby is left with someone else but it will be good for everyone. I read your articles about all his challenges and you deserve this get away with your husband. If only every parent could get this reward we would probably all be better parents. Have fun and post fabulous pictures.
Grandma MarieMarie Honekennoreply@blogger.com
